Performances

Royal Joust Tournaments The feature events of the festival, performed by Equus Nobilis, join us as the ground rumbles under the hooves of massive horses as wood and metal crash together. Who will win the Queen’s favor?

Wolgemut – The world-famous Pipe and Drum band returns to the festival for its 10 Anniversary Celebration!

The crew of Fortune’s Folly have come ashore to steal your hearts! Their piratical antics will entertain audiences of all ages! (And you just might learn something along the way…)

Whether as Strolling Characters or Stunt Show Spectaculars, these Pirates have brought joy to children and amusement to adults up and down the Atlantic Coast.

Musical Acts


The Charmings – Musical stylings fit for a princess.

Matt Schwarz – Matt Schwarz works in the three musical fields of classical, rock, and European folk. He has composed solo, chamber, and orchestral works. He has performed and recorded on folk harp, guitars, and flute in the NJ and Denver areas-in rock groups, an orchestra, Renaissance festivals, and weddings. He holds a Master’s degree in Music Theory from the University of Colorado.

Kate the Chanticlaire – Enjoy the whimsical, silly, and often nerdy song stylings of Kate the Chanticlaire.  

Bards of the Glen – Collective group of traditional music players, based in NY’s Capital Region. The musicians are a small part of long and rich musical heritage called the Fiddlers Tour, an Irish Sessium which began in Albany in 1987. Genres include Irish, Scottish, Scandinavian, Welsh, Old English, Old-time American, and French-Canadian (Quebecois) tunes and songs. You may even hear some Eastern European ones.

The Happy Haggs Dance Troupe of Central New York

Witches Along the Hudson – Dance troupe made up of everyday people, in your surrounding communities. They dance their witchy way throughout the year bringing joy, laughter and cheer! Witches help raise money for fundraising opportunities and non-charitable events throughout the Capital District and Hudson Valley regions. Dance along with them and find that little witch that is inside us all!
